完善服務(wù)系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)售前、售中、售后服務(wù),對顧客在使用商品中出現(xiàn)的各種問題及時(shí)幫助解決,使顧客感到方便。

高度重視顧客意見,讓客戶參與決策,把處理客戶的意見作為使顧客滿意的重要一環(huán)。

千方百計(jì)留住已有顧客。

建立以顧客為主的機(jī)制。其中各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)立、服務(wù)流程的變革等等,都要以顧客需求為主,對顧客意見建立快速反應(yīng)機(jī)制。

二、顧客是對的

三、顧客滿意三要素:

服務(wù)滿意:指顧客對所購商品售前、售中、售后服務(wù)的一種肯定態(tài)度。無論商品多么完善,價(jià)錢多么合理,當(dāng)它見諸于市場時(shí),都須依賴服務(wù)。“售后服務(wù)制造長久顧客”。

企業(yè)形象滿意:指社會(huì)公眾對企業(yè)綜合實(shí)力和總體印象的肯定評價(jià)。
